The U.S. map reveals some rather spicy developments

over the course of the next few months, and would seem in part to deal with the economic embargo of Libya. The central aspect around which this prognostication is based is the Uranian square to the U.S. Neptune in the ninth house in the last week in March when events should come to a head. This aspect occurred once before late in 1902 and 1903.
Theodore Roosevelt
At that time Pres. Roosevelt was demonstrating international American muscle by becoming involved in the European intervention and naval blockade of Venezuela and later the winning of a decision over Canada in an Alaskan boundary dispute. A new dimension was being added to the Monroe Doctrine concerning overseas involvement in the American hemisphere. Speak softly and carry a big stick. You remember Teddy.
This time, and at this moment, U.S. naval ships are on their way to the Mediterranean for a show of force off Libya. Other important aspects will involve the 11th and 15th of February and the 8th and 24th of April. There's not room to go into all the details and research here, but basically there may be a tightening of tensions and some communicational lows on the February dates, and resultant reactions in April. But whenever we experience an aspect of this sort it manifests itself in several different ways.
Reagan
Domestic developments concerning illegal immigration, the common laborer, unions and probably the farming community will also come to the fore.
In 1902 and 1903 the U.S. found itself becoming more actively involved in a policing action in the Americas, and now we find ourselves being asked by Israel to take more of an involvement in a policing effort to help combat international terrorism. Additional aspects aside, the fact is that Uranus pivots (begins its retrograde motion) just as it makes a square to the U.S. Neptune makes the implications of this cycle far more important and potentially explosive than its historical precedent over 80 years ago. Speak louder and carry a bigger stick. You know Ronnie.
