   The second of two parts of an interview, aired on Springfield's PM Magazine format show, Cable Connection, with astrologer Don Cerow, recorded the day after the tragic Space Shuttle Crash.

   CC: Our resident astrologer, Don Cerow, had a very accurate astrological forecast for Tuesday, January 28th (1986), when he called for changes of itinerary, problems with transportation, and mechanical malfunctions for the morning of the space shuttle tragedy. We asked Don how he would respond to critics who would say that he had just made a lucky guess, or that it was just a coincidence...

   DC: "Well, we'll keep working at it for one thing. As of this date, we're recording this on the 29th of January (1986); in the two weeks in the Advocate (Newspapers), where I was looking at the US chart, I picked out two periods that are going to be rather critical, one of which has yet to happen. One was a day, the 28th of January, 1986, and the other was the last week in March, (which) may be quite critical, when the same planet in the US map is being activated again. Neptune deals with some sort of mass emotion, public response, the common people. It's John Q. Public in some way, all of us together. And of course, when what happened yesterday happened, everybody sort of felt the same reaction. People were glued to whatever media service they could plug into, and everybody... one lady commented that she hadn't felt this way since Kennedy was assassinated; and that was, that's sort of the wave of anguish that went through (everybody). Well, at the end of March, in the last week in March, there's another fairly substantial hit to Neptune, and so we'll get a chance to look at that again; and the reason that I'm being a little less specific about that, the date is the 27th of March, but on the 25th, which is a Tuesday, is a Full Moon, and either of those two could trigger that activity; so Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; as a matter of fact there's a fairly substantial aspect of Wednesday as well. So any of those, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of that week in March is going to be another date, and let's look, somewhat ahead of time here... That's my answer to that person who might play the devil's advocate."

  CC: Don does try to draw some conclusions for the future by looking at the past. We asked him what he sees for the end of March.

   DC: "Well, again... the aspect that's occurring is Uranus is squaring the US Neptune, and I was able to go back and look at when Uranus squared the US Neptune the last time in our chart, and that was in 1902, 1903; and what was going on was ummm.... I believe it was France, Britain, and Italy (I could be wrong about that) were blockading Venezuela. They were off the coast of Venezuela, and they were... Venezuela I believe, had gone through a coup, and they were trying to recoup some of their finances for their nationals, people that were over there; and basically the US got involved, and sort of extended the Monroe Doctrine, and said, "America, North and South, is ours! Europe, get out!" And they sort of pushed that through. So we became... at that time it was sort of a policing action, of the Americas, with the Monroe Doctrine taking a new step."

   "Now what we're looking at in the Mediterranean, is we're watching our fleet go over there, and Israel is sort of pushing us to take on a new policing role in the Mediterranean against international terrorism, and the show of force that we're looking at, off the coast of Libya parallels what was going on the last time that this happened. Neptune is the Lord of the Sea, that's the planet that is getting hit; and in both instances, we're seeing the navy, or navies, being involved, very dramatically."

   "So these are some of the clues that we look at, and then we try to... I don't know what is going to happen in the last week in March, it may not be Libya at all; but there are some events that are coming to a head and culminating; again, that's where the strength of astrology is, in the timing. Watching these things, seeing them, and then saying, 'this is what's going to happen.' Then we do the best we can with the symbols we're given to try to interpret just what the energy is going to be."

   CC: I guess only time will tell how accurate these astrological forecasts really are.

HINDSIGHT DEPARTMENT

What happened?

   Aided with the advantage of hindsight, what happened in the last week in March? In the interview, we stated that things should come to a head on Tuesday (the 25th), Wednesday (the 26th), and Thursday (the 27th), during the last full week in March (1986). As it turned out, it was Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that last week in March, when the US Navy started blowing Libyan ships out of the water.
